Refund Policy

Players are entitled to a refund under the following conditions:

• Up to 14 days after purchase: Provided that gameplay time does not exceed 2 hours.
• After 2 hours of gameplay: The right to a refund will be forfeited, even if within the 14-day period.

At the moment, Corepunk is only available for PC.

No, Corepunk uses a buy-to-play model and does not include pay-to-win elements. In-game purchases are cosmetic only, with no impact on player performance or progression.

1. Can I refund the game if I don’t like it?

Yes, as long as you meet the refund conditions:

• Request made within 14 days of purchase.
• Gameplay time does not exceed 2 hours.

2. What is the delivery time?

The delivery time depends on the payment method:

• PIX: Less than 1 minute after payment confirmation.

3. How do I receive the product?

You will receive a game-code, which must be used in the game client to activate your purchase.

4. Will the packages always be the same?

No, the packages will be changed and updated frequently. Some of them will be exclusive to the Early Access version.

5. If I lose or leak my code, can I request another one?

No, it is the player's responsibility to keep the received game-code safe. We recommend activating it as soon as possible after receiving it.

6. Where do I receive the code?

The code will be available on the payment screen as soon as the payment is confirmed. The screen will automatically update, and the code will appear with a copy option.

If you close the screen, the code will be available in the Orders section of the website, where you can access it again.

7. How do I use my game-code?

After creating your account on the game’s official website, download the client, locate the field to enter the game-code, and paste the code you received. Then click Confirm. Your access will be granted immediately.

8. Can I use more than one key or different keys on the same account?

No. Each game key can only be activated on one account. It is not possible to activate multiple keys on a single account or combine skins or items from different keys on one account.

9. Does the key only grant access to Early Access?

No. The key provides access to both Early Access and the full release of Corepunk, in the "Light Bless the King" version. However, it does not include access to future game expansions.

10. Will I only get access to cosmetics at launch?

No. The cosmetics will be available from Early Access, allowing you to use them immediately.

11. Can skins be transferred between accounts?

No. Skins and items are non-transferable between accounts and are permanently linked to the account that activates the game-code.
